Friends of Southeast Baltimore County are community members, business stakeholders, and we are friends of Southeast Baltimore County. We aim to educate & support the fight for social justice, to advocate for Civil Rights via policy reform, to build up the Black community by working together to address and remove barriers to equity, equality, and access.

Free Tutoring & Technical Assistance for Middle and High Students


Free tutoring services for middle and high school students in all subjects while students are virtual learning. 

Student must be a resident of Southeast Baltimore County.  Lessons will be hybrid (in person/online).

This year Friends21222 adopted 12 children for Christmas!

In order to continue our work for the community, Friends21222 is dependent on funding and donations — many of which come from our loyal members. A small contribution goes a long way and gives us the chance to expand and improve our wide range of services. Donate now, and make a difference in the community.

To vote in the 2022 Election, you must be registered to vote. To learn more about who can register to vote, click here.

The deadline to register to vote or update your voter registration information is June 28, 2022 for the Gubernatorial Primary Election; and October 18, 2022 for the Gubernatorial General Election.

 To update your voter registration, click here.

You may also register to vote or update your voter registration information in person during early voting or on election day. If you update your address on election day, you will be asked to complete a provisional ballot. An election judge will assist you with this process.
